Terms of use
The short version
- Labeling Jobs is a free directory of remote work on other platforms. We are not the employer, and we do not hire, pay, or manage anyone.
- Once you follow a link to a platform, its terms govern the work, the pay, and your account. Read them before you sign up.
- A listing is information, not an offer. Roles close and rates change, and a listing being here does not mean you will be accepted or earn the figure shown.
- Some links earn us a referral fee. The affiliate disclosure explains how, and what that does not change.
What this site is
Labeling Jobs lists data labeling, annotation, and AI training work offered by third-party platforms, and publishes guides about that work. It also runs a Telegram channel that announces new listings. Using any of it is free, and there are no accounts: you cannot register, and nothing you do here is tied to your name.
We are not the employer
Every role here belongs to a third-party platform, and applying means leaving this site for theirs. We are not an employer, a recruiter, or an agency. We do not hire, contract, pay, manage, or represent anyone, and no agreement you enter into for the work is with us.
The platform’s terms govern the work
Once you follow a link, that platform’s terms of service, privacy policy, and payment rules apply to everything that follows: whether you are accepted, what you are given to do, what you are paid, when you are paid, and whether your account stays open. Those terms are your actual agreement, so read them.
Listings are information, not offers
Listings are checked when they are added and re-checked periodically, but roles close, rates change, and platforms change which countries they accept without announcing it. A listing being visible here does not promise that it is still open, that you are eligible, that you will be accepted, or that you will earn the figure shown.
Every pay figure comes from the platform itself. Where the platform publishes a range or an approximation rather than one firm rate, we mark the figure “approximate”. Either way, treat it as what the platform says, not as an offer from us.
Protect yourself
Legitimate platforms do not charge you to apply, to be tested, or to be given work, and neither do we. If anyone asks you to pay a fee, buy equipment through them, or hand over bank login details to get started, stop. Real platforms may ask for identity checks and tax details once you are accepted, and they ask for them on their own site, not through a message from a stranger.
We never ask you for money or for personal documents. A message that claims to be from Labeling Jobs and asks for either is not from us.
Guides are general information
Guides describe how platforms, assessments, and payouts generally work. They are not legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice, and your situation may differ. Where a decision depends on your country’s rules, such as whether you can take the work or how it is taxed, check with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.
Links to other sites
Apply and sign-up buttons take you to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their security, or how they treat your data, and linking to a platform is not an endorsement of everything it does. The privacy page explains what we record when you click through, and it is not much.
Using and sharing what is here
You are welcome to read, link to, and share any page, and to quote from it with a link back. The text, the guides, and the way the directory is compiled belong to Labeling Jobs. Copying listings or guides wholesale to republish them elsewhere is not allowed.
Platform names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify them. Their appearance does not mean a platform endorses this site.
What you may not do
- Interfere with the site, overload it, or try to get into parts that are not public.
- Crawl it faster than a polite rate, or ignore what
robots.txtasks. - Present yourself as Labeling Jobs, or as acting for it.
- Use it for anything unlawful.
The site is provided as it is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without any promise that it is complete, current, error-free, or always online. We may change, pause, or remove any page, listing, or feature at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a platform’s conduct, for work you do or do not receive, for payment you are or are not made, for any account decision a platform takes, or for any loss that comes from relying on a listing or a guide. Disputes about the work are between you and the platform.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Corrections
If a listing is wrong (closed, mispriced, or open to different countries than we say), it should be corrected or removed. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the about page explains the checks a listing goes through. If you find one that is wrong, email contact@labelingjobs.net and we will look at it.
