What you'll do

You write quality scenarios that run from an event report through to a corrective action plan, write reference answers with the methodology behind each analysis, and grade AI output for methodological rigor and regulatory accuracy. The flagging task is analyses that look thorough but would miss the systemic cause, a familiar trap in root cause analysis.

Who fits

A clinical license (RN or similar) or CPHQ certification
At least 2 years in healthcare quality, patient safety or performance improvement
Depth in quality measures, root cause analysis or accreditation readiness
Clear written English for documenting findings and improvement plans
A commitment of at least 10 hours a week

Preferred: CPHQ, CPPS or Lean Six Sigma certification, Joint Commission, CMS or state survey experience, and HEDIS, star ratings or registry abstraction work. The form optionally asks for a CPHQ certificate and a nursing license.

What it pays

The ad states $80 to $120 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe, with the rate set from experience. The board headlines $100/hr. The terms are a 10-hour weekly minimum with no maximum, fully async hours, no screen recording, keystroke monitoring or idle timers, and independent contractor status.

How hiring works
