What you'll do

You author realistic patient scenarios from presentation through disposition, write reference answers with the clinical reasoning behind each decision, and grade model output for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety. A core duty is flagging plans that read plausibly but would harm the patient, the failure mode that matters most in medical AI.

Who fits

• Active NP license with national board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• 2+ years of clinical practice after certification
• Depth in a specialty: family, acute care, psych or adult gerontology
• Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours a week

Preferred: experience precepting NP students or teaching; DNP or an additional specialty certification; chart review, utilization review or QA experience. The form optionally asks for your nursing license and specialty board certification.

What it pays

The board headlines $103/hr; the ad's contract section gives $80 to $125/hr, set from experience and paid weekly via Stripe, not negotiated down after you start.

Good:

• Fully remote and async, with no call and no clinic hours
• Ongoing project work, hours you set each week
• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring or idle timers

• Minimum 10 hours a week
