What you'll do

You author OT scenarios across daily living skills, cognition and adaptive strategies, write reference answers with the functional reasoning behind each recommendation, and grade model output for safety, practicality and client-centered fit. The distinctive check is flagging recommendations that read well but would fail in a real home or clinic, which is where generic AI advice on independence tends to fall down.

Who fits

• OTR/L with NBCOT certification and an active, unencumbered US license
• 2+ years of clinical practice
• Depth in daily living assessment, adaptive equipment and functional goal setting
• Clear written English for documenting clinical reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours a week

Preferred: pediatric, hand therapy (CHT) or home health specialization; cognitive or neuro rehabilitation experience; fieldwork education experience. The form optionally asks for a PT/OT license and specialty board certification.

What it pays

The board headlines $88/hr; the ad's contract section gives $70 to $105/hr, set from experience and paid weekly via Stripe, not negotiated down after you start.
