What you'll do

You design clinical pharmacy scenarios that test whether an AI model can apply pharmaceutical principles the way a practising pharmacist would, then refine them as the models improve. The ad frames it as creating and evaluating reasoning challenges for AfterQuery's training modules, so expect to write the scenario, decide what a correct answer looks like, and judge model output against it.

The ad does not list task types beyond that, and it does not say how many hours a week the work runs or whether it is project-based.

Who fits

• Active pharmacist licence in good standing
• A PharmD from an accredited programme
• Proven experience in clinical practice, pharmacy education or pharmaceutical research, with a working grasp of several pharmacy specialties
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Preferred: several years of practice across settings (community, hospital, ambulatory care), publication or policy work, or health technology experience, and board certification (BCPS, BCACP, BCOP) or residency training. The application form asks for a pharmacy licence upload, marked optional.

What it pays
