What you'll do

This is hands-on voice data collection for a next-generation AI assistant, run by Mercor with a leading AI lab. You install a special build of the app on your own Mac, speak to it in Thai while doing ordinary computer tasks, and then document what happened.

A typical task, per the ad:

• Dictate a message, email or note in an everyday app
• Ask the assistant to act: generate an image, format text, apply a spreadsheet formula, or summarize a document
• Write an accurate transcript of what you said, plus a cleaned-up version
• Rate the assistant's response
• Log everything in a structured tracking sheet and upload the recordings to a shared drive

The logging is a real part of the work: expect each task to involve careful record-keeping as well as the voice interaction itself.

Who fits

• Native or near-native Thai; being raised in or native to Thailand is preferred but not required
• Able to follow instructions written in English
• Your own Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2 or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer. This is a hard requirement; Intel Macs and Windows machines do not qualify
• Everyday use of email, messaging, documents, spreadsheets and browsers
• Comfortable with detailed data entry and checking your own work

How onboarding works

Upload a resume and application form, complete a 25-minute conversational interview about your background, set up a Mercor Expert email and the technical environment, then receive onboarding details within a few days.
