There is no strict quota per industry, so owners outside those groups can still apply.

Before applying, make sure the profile you will reference is verified and that you are listed as an owner or manager on it; that is the core requirement and presumably the first thing checked.

It may reflect a study-style or per-session structure where pay varies by activity, but nothing in the listing confirms that, so ask what a typical session pays before committing time.
