Finance Expert (US based)

What you'll do

You find where AI models are weak in finance and help fix it. The ad covers a wide set of specialities (capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quant, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, accounting and others), and the work is:

• Evaluating LLM outputs in areas of finance where models perform badly
• Writing rubrics that score model capability on your speciality, such as deal analysis and M&A assessment
• Working with AI researchers and other finance experts on training methods, evaluation strategies and benchmarks

No prior AI experience is required.

Who fits

• 2+ years in capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quant, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, FP&A, accounting or financial consulting
• A solid grasp of concepts such as investment analysis, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management and risk management
• Excellent written English
• Bonus, not required: CFA (any level), CA, CPA or an MBA in finance

The title says US based, so this is open to people located in the US.

What it pays

The ad states "competitive hourly compensation of ~$100+/hour depending on experience". We list $100 an hour as the floor; the ad gives no ceiling.
