What you'll do
This is the web-stack version of Turing's coding-trainer template. You work on AI solutions for US companies, and the day-to-day is:
- Writing and maintaining clean code used to train and optimise models
- Running evals to benchmark model performance
- Evaluating and ranking model answers to user queries, with written rationales
- Building task-specific datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT)
- Working with researchers and annotators on RLHF and reward models
- Peer reviewing code and documentation
Who fits
- Extensive JavaScript or TypeScript experience, with a solid grasp of ES6 and at least one of Node.js, React, Nest, Angular or Vue
- Web app experience with modular, scalable architecture and testing
- A bachelor's or master's in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience
- Docker experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
Nice to have: software QA and test planning. The ad names the stack as Nest.js and Node.js on the back end, Vue, Angular and React on the front end.
