What you'll do

You work in Vietnamese to build and grade tests for language models. The ad lists:

  • Writing clear, accurate prompts for LLM systems
  • Designing prompts that probe retrieval, reasoning, calculation and instruction following
  • Evaluating model responses against defined criteria
  • Spotting errors and inconsistencies and where the model could improve
  • Using business documents, structured data and other source material to build realistic evaluation tasks
  • Following detailed guidelines with consistent accuracy

Who fits

Turing says candidates must meet all of the mandatory points:

  • A master's degree or higher in any field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Native or professional Vietnamese
  • Strong English communication and comprehension
  • Analytical, critical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred: LLM, prompt engineering, AI training or evaluation, RLHF, data annotation, generative AI or content quality experience. The ad also lists film studies, cinematography or media production, and familiarity with genres such as drama, documentary, gaming and podcasts, as nice to have, which reads like leftover wording from another project.

What it pays

The ad says "competitive compensation" and publishes no rate. Turing sets rates per project; see Turing.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • A language niche with a clear bar and a defined task type
  • Flexible hours and remote work
  • The process is short: an assessment, then you can start once you pass

Less good:

  • The degree plus 3 years bar is higher than for many annotation roles
  • No hours, contract length or country list in the ad
  • Assessment details are not published
