What you'll do

Unlike a review queue, this role is about building the test. You work with research teams to design systematic evaluation frameworks for medical AI, write clinical scenarios that probe an AI system's reasoning and decision-making, and create assessment methods that capture the nuance of real practice. The aim is to find where the model's medical knowledge or reasoning has gaps, and to feed that back to AI researchers.

Think of it as writing the hard cases you would want a junior colleague to be tested on, then watching a model try them.
