How it works

Sovrano's expert page says you create a free account with email or Google, complete a short skills-assessment interview on domain knowledge and evaluation ability, then filter projects by domain, jurisdiction and availability. It says most evaluators start within 48 hours. Tasks include RLHF preference ranking and jurisdiction-specific evaluation, and listed roles include EU financial regulation, GDPR contract evaluation and engineering evaluation. Projects come from AI labs and research teams in Europe and the US, most under NDA.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Projects are remote and you choose among them by domain and jurisdiction
• The work is aimed at professionals, so it suits legal, finance and regulatory backgrounds

Less good:

• Sovrano does not name eligible countries, payment methods or required languages
• Third-party job boards list conflicting pay figures for Sovrano roles, from a few dollars an hour for some native-speaker work to much higher sprint rates, so check the pay on any specific project before committing
• Most projects are under NDA, which limits what you can learn about them beforehand
