What you'll do

You build the accounting scenarios that AI models are tested on, from routine treatments to complex reporting judgments. You write reference answers that show the standards reasoning behind each treatment, grade model output for technical accuracy under IFRS and local GAAP, and flag treatments that sound plausible but break accounting standards.

Because the role is framed around IFRS and local GAAP, it suits accountants trained outside the US: the ad names ICAEW, ICAI, CA ANZ and SAICA as examples of recognised institutes.

Who fits

• A Chartered Accountant designation in good standing with a recognised institute (ICAEW, ICAI, CA ANZ or SAICA are the examples given)
• 2+ years of post-qualification experience
• Depth in financial reporting, audit or tax under IFRS or local GAAP
• Clear written English for documenting reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours a week
