What you'll do
You write property management questions and case studies that test whether an AI model can handle tenant relations, maintenance and facility oversight sensibly. The ad names lease administration, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, budget management, rent collection, conflict resolution and compliance with housing laws as example topics.
You also evaluate model responses with detailed feedback on accuracy and adherence to best practice and legal standards, and work with a team of real estate and technical experts to tune how hard the questions are.
Who fits
- Proven experience as a property manager, community association manager or in real estate management, with a solid understanding of property operations and tenant relations
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
The ad names no degree and no license as required. Preferred: multiple years across property types (residential, commercial, HOA/condo, mixed-use), training or industry association involvement, certifications such as CPM, ARM, PCAM or CAM or a real estate license, and familiarity with proptech. The application form asks for a real estate license (agent or broker), marked optional.
What it pays
The board shows $70/hour, and the ad gives no range, so that is the single figure. Payment terms and weekly hours are not published on the listing; see AfterQuery for how payouts generally work.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Remote and asynchronous
- Counts experience in HOA and community association management, not only rental housing
- No license or degree is required
Less good:
- Housing law differs by place, and the ad does not say which jurisdiction's rules the scenarios assume
- Hours, project length and steadiness of work are not stated
- Hiring steps are not described; AfterQuery's help centre describes an unpaid, one-attempt assessment and ID verification
