Skills
  • real estate
  • property valuation
  • contract negotiation
  • market analysis
  • zoning
  • financing

What you'll do

You build real estate reasoning challenges for AI training: scenarios that test whether a model can handle property transactions and market dynamics. The ad lists property valuation, contract negotiation, market analysis, financing structures, zoning regulations and property management as example topics.

You also evaluate and validate model responses, with detailed feedback on accuracy and adherence to best practice and regulations, and collaborate with real estate and technical experts to set question difficulty.

Who fits

  • An active real estate license in good standing (a hard requirement here)
  • Proven experience in real estate practice, brokerage or property management across transactions and markets
  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Preferred: multiple years across residential, commercial and investment segments, publications, industry association or proptech involvement, and designations such as CRS, GRI, CCIM or CPM. The application form asks for a real estate license (agent or broker), marked optional on the form even though the ad lists an active license as required.

What it pays

The board shows $75/hour and the ad states no range, so that is the single figure. Payment terms and weekly hours are not published on the listing; see AfterQuery for how payouts generally work.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • Remote and asynchronous
  • Pays $5/hour more than the same company's Property Manager Expert role, which does not require a license
  • Designations like CCIM and CRS are recognised as pluses

Less good:

  • An active license is required, and the ad does not say which state or country it must come from
  • Hours, project length and steadiness of work are not stated
  • Hiring steps are not described; AfterQuery's help centre describes an unpaid, one-attempt assessment and ID verification
