Who fits

1+ year of professional data science experience
Experience at a leading tech, research or quantitative firm (top FAANG, AI labs, top-tier quant funds or equivalent)
Strong Python, SQL, statistical modelling, ML, experimentation and causal inference, and a knack for turning messy data into rigorous analysis
Excellent technical writing
A consistent, detail-oriented approach to reviewing complex work
Comfort taking feedback and calibrating against a standard

The one-year floor is low for this pay, but the employer filter is not: the ad is aiming at people from elite firms, even early in their careers.
