What you'll do

You bring a psychologist's judgement to an AI training project for a micro1 customer that the ad does not name. The work runs in two directions. In one, you read psychological case studies, assessments and AI-generated content and decide whether they are accurate, ethical and in line with good practice. In the other, you write psychological scenarios and supporting material in Gujarati and English that go into the model's training data.

The Gujarati half is where your value sits. Models handle a question about anxiety in English reasonably well; far fewer cope with how distress gets described by a Gujarati-speaking family in Ahmedabad, Leicester or Nairobi, where stigma, joint-family decisions and religious framing can change what a helpful answer looks like. The ad asks you to keep an assessment faithful as it moves between the two languages, which is harder than translation: a question that reads as neutral in English can land as intrusive, or simply puzzling, in Gujarati.

You also record how you evaluated each item, clearly enough for someone else to repeat it, and share your view with an interdisciplinary team.

Who fits

micro1 files its list under "preferred qualifications", but the title sets the real bar: this is written for people with a doctorate.

No AI experience is needed. It suits a Gujarati-speaking clinical or research psychologist, in India or abroad, who already switches languages with clients and has noticed where standard instruments fall flat. If your training was entirely in English and your Gujarati is conversational, the cross-language fidelity work will be hard going.
