What you'll do

A property manager's normal day, recorded. You follow workflow instructions inside Buildium and capture your screen as you set up properties, add tenants, create and update leases, track rent and payments, and log maintenance requests. The recordings show an AI agent how a practitioner actually uses the software, including the order of clicks that the help docs never describe.

After each workflow you write a realistic prompt that would trigger that work and a detailed rubric for judging whether it was done correctly, document the steps and the Buildium features you used, and check outputs against the project guidelines.

Who fits
