What you'll do

Turkish speakers are the target of this Turing assignment, which is one of a set of near-identical analyst roles for different languages. The job is to read large pieces of content, reduce them to smaller logical blocks, research the claims they make online, and use a language model to work through puzzles. You then write scenarios where models slip up, with the correct answer and an explanation attached.

The ad's examples are a sales-growth comparison across locations (where choosing the time window and handling early swings is the trap) and an ordering puzzle about deliveries to four neighbourhoods. English comprehension is stressed in the overview, and Turkish is the second mandatory language; the ad does not split the work between them.

Who fits

  • English and Turkish, both mandatory
  • Good research and analysis, creative thinking, clear communication
  • Able to give constructive feedback and detailed annotations
  • Independent and self-motivated in remote work, with a desktop or laptop and a good connection
  • Up to 40 hours a week, with the ad's requirements line asking for 40 hours for the contract duration, overlapping US hours

Preferred: a degree in engineering, literature, journalism, communications, arts or statistics (or equivalent experience), professional writing background, Excel and Google Suite, and data interpretation and basic arithmetic. No other domain experience is needed.

What it pays

The ad does not publish a rate, and Turing sets rates per project. See Turing.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • Fully remote, with possible extension based on performance and project needs
  • No specialised domain background needed
  • The hours are described as up to 40 a week and preferred, which reads as more flexible than the fixed-40 wording in the requirements

Less good:

  • Needs some overlap with UTC-8 (America/Los_Angeles), 2 to 5 hours a day, which is the small hours or late night in Turkey
  • Contractor assignment with no medical or paid leave
  • No contract length, rate or screening steps are given in the ad

About this listing

Posted by Turing on 4 December 2025, read on 18 October 2026. Turing lists a second Turkish business analyst role, so the title carries a detail from this ad to tell them apart. Terms are from the ad; the notes on time zone and wording are ours. See Turing.
