What you'll do

You produce character artwork from supplied reference images, adding creative variations while keeping the character recognisably the same. The ad lists:

• Digital character illustrations and sketches based on references
• Variations that hold character identity and visual consistency
• Composition, colour, lighting, perspective and proportion done properly
• Artwork across different visual themes as the project requires
• Notes on your creative decisions, style choices and simple prompt metadata
• Polished work delivered inside project deadlines

The prompt metadata line suggests the art feeds an image-model dataset, but the ad does not say how the artwork is used.

Who fits

• Experience in illustration, sketching, cartooning, concept art or a related field
• A portfolio that shows creativity, versatility and attention to detail
• Styles such as character design, stylized, surreal, cinematic, vintage, retro, steampunk or glitch art
• Tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint or the Affinity suite
• Independence with revisions and deadlines
