What you'll do

You open your own bank's app, chat with its virtual assistant along the lines Vetto's team gives you, and log each conversation on Vetto's platform with screenshots of the chat. Vetto wants to find out, from real customer conversations, how much these assistants resolve without help, whether their answers are correct, and when they hand you over to a person. The project covers Brazilian banks only. Tasks are short, the full instructions come at onboarding, and everything happens from your phone, on your own schedule.

• A bank account that is active and held in your own name, at one or more banks, with access to the bank's app
• Comfort screenshotting the chat and sending the images through Vetto's platform
• Attention to detail

The ad is written in Portuguese and English, and Portuguese is the only language it lists for the work.

What it pays

R$5 for each conversation Vetto approves. Vetto's own estimate is around 10 tasks an hour, which it puts at up to R$50 an hour; that hourly number assumes you keep that pace and every task is approved. The listing marks payouts as weekly but does not name a payment method. Pay is in Brazilian reais.

Worth knowing

Good:

• No fixed hours, and the work is done on a phone
• You use a bank account you already hold, so setup is mostly onboarding
• Vetto says it only wants screenshots of the assistant chat, never of your account itself
• A privacy agreement is signed before you begin, and Vetto says the information is anonymized and kept private

Less good:

• Rejected conversations pay nothing, which lowers your effective rate
• Any personal data that appears in a chat has to be hidden by you before you send it
