How it works

Volga Partners sells evaluation, training data (SFT, RLHF), red teaming and speech, audio, image and video data services to AI labs and enterprises. Individual contractors are engaged through roles posted on its Workable board, for example subject-matter experts in finance who judge the accuracy of AI-generated content, and language reviewers for quality checks, translation and transcription. You apply to a specific posting.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Roles are posted openly on the company's own job board, with each posting stating its own requirements
• Work covers both domain experts and multilingual reviewers

Less good:

• Volga's homepage does not describe contractor work, how experts apply or what it pays; terms appear only in individual postings
