How it works
Workada's own page describes five steps: apply with a resume (connecting LinkedIn is optional), pass a skill screen that is either a quick interview or a short assessment, complete account verification and add pay details, finish guided training tasks, then start picking up tasks. Workada says most contributors are onboarded the same day. Its open roles include Data Labeling Specialist, Financial Analysis Data Specialist and Finance Multimodal Data Specialist; the finance roles involve reviewing financial work, spreadsheets and evaluation rubrics.
Worth knowing
Good:
- No degree or prior experience is required for the general labeling work, according to Workada
- The schedule is flexible; Workada recommends about 20 hours a week but does not require it
- Onboarding is described as fast, with most contributors started the same day
Less good:
- Workada publishes no hourly rate or pay scale. Third-party job aggregators list figures of roughly $18–22 an hour for some roles, but those do not come from Workada
- Workada's page is inconsistent on payout timing: it says payouts run 3 times a week, and elsewhere says contributors are paid weekly
- It says applications are open in 18 countries but does not name them
- Workada is a new company with a short track record, and Trustpilot shows only a small number of reviews
About this page
Facts above come from Workada's own site at workada.com, last checked 23 October 2026. Workada does not publish a rate, a country list or a full payout schedule, so those fields are empty or limited to what it states. Pay figures from aggregators are unverified.
