What you'll do

You write realistic scenarios covering intake, safety planning, resource navigation and ethical dilemmas, write reference responses with the clinical judgment behind each decision, and grade AI output for clinical accuracy, ethics and risk handling. The flagging task is advice that sounds supportive but fails a real client, which matters because supportive tone is exactly what models do well and risk handling is where they can fail.

Expect sensitive material, including crisis and safety content.

Who fits

• An active, unencumbered LCSW license (US)
• At least 2 years of clinical practice after licensure
• Case conceptualization, safety planning and crisis intervention experience
• Clear written English for clinical documentation
• A commitment of at least 10 hours a week

Preferred: medical, school or child welfare setting experience, clinical supervision of associate-level clinicians, and training in CBT, DBT, EMDR or MI. The form optionally asks for a counselor or social worker licence (LPC, LCSW).

What it pays

The ad states $70 to $105 per hour, paid weekly via Stripe, with the rate set from experience. The board headlines $88/hr. The terms are a 10-hour weekly minimum with no maximum, fully async hours with no caseload, no screen recording, keystroke monitoring or idle timers, and independent contractor status.
