What you'll do

Answer a survey, once. Mercor is running a paid research study with an AI research lab that is building tools to improve how health plans serve members, and it wants to hear from people who have actually been on a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan.

The study is a structured online survey of about 20 minutes:

• Multiple-choice questions
• Around 10 short voice-recorded answers
• Topics: enrolling in the plan, benefits, member support and day-to-day healthcare experience

You submit everything within a set deadline. There is no ongoing work, training or assessment attached.

Who qualifies

• Based in the United States
• Aged 64 or over, or Medicare-eligible
• Currently or previously enrolled in a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan specifically; other Medicare Advantage carriers do not count
• Comfortable recording voice answers, with a microphone and a quiet place to do it
• Able to complete a ~20-minute online survey on your own

What it pays

Mercor lists $120 per hour. Payment is a single amount made once your submission has been verified. The ad does not state the payout in dollars, and with a survey of about 20 minutes the actual amount will be much smaller than the hourly figure suggests. Check what you will be paid before starting.

Tips for the voice answers
