Wearable Electronic User
micro1: pay and who it accepts · Posted
What you'll do
The ad is explicit that this is a one-time task, not an ongoing role: export once, upload once, get paid once per device. You export your historical data from your wearable account, organize it (typically sleep, activity and heart rate records) as the guidelines say, and upload it as a ZIP file through a Google Form. The data must be in English, so you may need to switch your device or app language before exporting, and you have to report your device type and how long you have tracked continuously accurately. The data supports a customer's project training AI systems.
What you need
- Currently using an Oura, WHOOP, Garmin, Samsung Galaxy Watch (Samsung Health), Fitbit or Pixel Watch, or Apple Watch
- At least 18 months of continuous data, with no gap longer than 6 weeks
- Data recorded within the last 6 months
- Tracking of at least two of sleep, activity and heart rate
- Login access to your own device account
- Comfort exporting data and uploading a ZIP file through an online form
- The ability to provide your data in English
What it pays
$70 per device once your data passes a quality check, which the card also shows as $70/hour though the payment is per device. The ad gives an example: each qualifying device or account can be submitted once and is paid separately, so an Oura ring plus a Garmin watch means two submissions and $140 total. No payment method or schedule is published.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Genuinely short: no interviews, calls or ongoing commitment are described
- Several devices can mean several payments
- 50 openings, and no AI experience is needed
Less good:
- It shares your health history, so check the privacy and data-use terms before you upload
- Pay depends on passing a quality check
- You must already have 18 months of continuous, recent data
- The ad names no country restriction, payment schedule or customer
About this listing
Read on micro1's jobs board on 28 October 2026, shown as posted a day earlier. The device list, requirements and $70 per device are the ad's published text. micro1 also lists a Smartwatch User ad for what looks like the same data collection, with 200 openings; the two ads do not say whether they are one project. See micro1.
