Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America)

What you'll do

Record about four hours of scripts in neutral Latin American Spanish so a Mercor client, described as a leading AI research lab, can build a synthetic version of your voice for its internal "CX AI Agent". Scripts cover conversational, narrative and instructional registers, with repeat takes that vary emotion and emphasis. A second session of similar length may follow, without guarantee.

This is the pan-regional slot. Where Mercor's Mexico and Peru listings want a recognisable national accent, this one wants the opposite: neutral Spanish that a caller in Buenos Aires, Bogotá or Guatemala City would all hear as unmarked. It is the register of Latin American dubbing and international call centres, and experience in either is directly relevant.

Who fits

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker, currently living in one of the listed countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay or Venezuela
• Able to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish without a strong regional accent
• A clear, expressive voice; acting, narration or broadcast experience is a plus only
• A near-professional home setup: quality mic, pop filter, quiet room
• Precise script reading with natural delivery
• About four hours for one session, with a possible repeat

Preferred: TTS, audiobook, IVR or AI voice dataset work, audio editing in Audacity, Adobe Audition or Reaper, and range from conversational to corporate to calm.

Rioplatense and Caribbean speakers in particular should listen back to their own neutral read before applying; the ad is explicit about no strong regional accent.

What it pays

$50–100 per hour in US dollars, about $200 to $400 for the stated session. Payment is weekly via Stripe or Wise. Payout options differ from country to country, so confirm that one of those services works where you live before you record; the ad does not address it. The Mexico, Peru and Peninsular Spanish variants pay the same band.

What you are licensing

Your voice, for cloning. The ad asks you to apply only if you accept that, and in return limits use of the recordings to the client's internal CX AI agent, with no sale, licensing or reuse for any other product, dataset or purpose. It does not name the client, give a duration, offer a way to withdraw consent, or mention pay for continued use. A neutral voice built to serve callers across a whole continent could be heard by a very large audience, so read the contract's voice terms before you commit.
