Feminine Voice Recording Specialist: Customer Support Dialogues (JSON)
What you'll do
This role joins two skills that rarely sit on one CV: reading structured data and voice acting. You look at JSON in simulated support cases and find what is wrong, whether that is a missing field, an incorrect value, a mismatched data type or invalid syntax. You work out the fix and how you would explain it.
Then you perform the conversation, recording both parts: the customer describing an error and the support representative talking them through the solution. Each recording has to match its dialogue entry and follow the project's audio and submission rules.
Who qualifies
- A feminine-sounding voice, which you show through a voice sample
- Comfort with nested JSON objects and arrays, and with fixing syntax and data problems
- English fluency, required of everyone on the project
- The ability to explain technical issues in plain language and sound natural in both roles
- A quiet recording space and consistent, intelligible audio
Besides English (US and UK), the listing shows tracks for Spanish (LATAM), Welsh, Dutch, French, Portuguese (BR), German, Greek, Hindi and Italian. If you speak one of these fluently, select it when you apply.
What it pays
The fee is $21 an hour for the trainer service. The listing states no hours, project length or payment schedule.
How you qualify
There are two assessments. The JSON coding test averages about 15 minutes and allows up to 30. The language fluency exercise takes up to 5 minutes, and you introduce yourself and your background in your chosen language. The team then reviews your submissions, which can take a while. Completing both does not guarantee a place. The listing does not say the assessments are paid.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Short assessments, under 35 minutes in total
- Eleven language tracks, including rarer ones such as Welsh and Greek
- Your results may match you with future Meridial projects
Less good:
- $21 is modest for work that needs both technical and performance skills
- Voice sample review judges vocal fit, so a strong JSON result is not enough
- You record both roles, so each case means two performances
About this listing
Read on the Meridial marketplace about two hours after it went up on 5 November 2026. No country of residence is required. See Invisible Technologies.
How to get hired
- Our Invisible qualification guide covers how Meridial reviews applicants. On this role the screens are the voice sample, the JSON test and the language exercise.
- Use your voice sample to show range: a confused customer and a calm support agent, in the same clean room tone.
- Put any JSON work first on your profile, such as API support, QA or debugging, because the ad tests JSON first and the listing says fluency in it is required.
- Prepare by taking a broken API response and fixing it, then explain the fix aloud in two sentences a non-programmer could follow.
