What you'll do

This is evaluation and writing work for an AI training customer that micro1 does not name. You read psychological case studies, assessments and AI-generated content and judge whether they are accurate, ethical and consistent with good practice; you write culturally sensitive scenarios and materials in Marathi and English for the model's training data; and you record your evaluation process clearly enough that someone else could repeat it.

The Marathi side is where the difficulty lies. Much of Indian psychological assessment runs in English, with Hindi as the usual fallback, and validated Marathi versions of standard instruments are harder to come by. That leaves a lot of room for items that are technically translated but read oddly to a Marathi speaker, or that borrow Hindi phrasing because the two languages share a script. The ad asks you to catch exactly that, keeping an assessment faithful "across languages and cultural contexts", and to notice where family expectations, stigma or religious framing change what a sound answer looks like.

You work with an interdisciplinary team and share your perspective on the model's mental health behaviour.

Who fits

micro1 files its list under "preferred qualifications", but the title sets the real bar: this is written for people with a doctorate.

• Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments
• Exceptional writing, especially carrying nuanced concepts between Marathi and English
• Comfort with remote collaboration and documentation tools
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural settings

No AI experience is needed. In India the standard clinical route has been an M.Phil in clinical psychology rather than a PhD, so the natural fit is a doctorate holder who teaches or researches at a university in Maharashtra and also sees clients. A PhD earned entirely in research, with no clinical work, falls short of the "clinical and academic" line.
