What you'll do

This is computer-use data for AI agents. You are handed workflow instructions inside Google Analytics (pull a traffic report, compare acquisition channels, check an event's conversions, build an exploration of an audience segment) and you carry them out while recording your screen, so the model sees exactly which menus, filters and date ranges a competent analyst actually touches.

After the task, the recorded run becomes training material: you write a realistic prompt that would lead to that workflow, a detailed rubric for judging whether an agent did it properly, and a step-by-step note explaining the features you used. You also review outputs against the project guidelines.

The difference from ordinary analytics work is that the steps matter as much as the answer. GA4's interface hides a lot behind Explore, custom dimensions and comparison toggles; your value is knowing the direct path and being able to explain it.

Who fits

  • Hands-on Google Analytics experience in a professional or project setting, GA4 preferred
  • Prior human-data work: annotation, labelling, RLHF, AI response or model evaluation
  • Current access to a Google Analytics property you can use independently. Without one you cannot do the tasks
  • Comfort recording and sharing your screen while you work
  • Web analytics, reporting, events and conversions, or digital marketing analytics experience
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics is a plus

What it pays

$30–100/hour, micro1's published figure. That is one of the widest bands on its board, and the ad does not say what decides where you land or whether pay is per hour or per accepted workflow.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • Forty openings, posted the day before we read it
  • Practical GA skill counts more than job title
  • Screen-recording work is concrete: you do the thing, then describe it

Less good:

  • The access requirement excludes anyone whose only GA login belongs to an employer that would not want its data recorded; check what you can share before applying
  • Prior human-data experience is listed, which may filter out analysts new to this work
  • A $30 floor on a band that tops out at $100, with no published basis for placement
  • No hours, duration or pay mechanics stated
  • Contractor engagement: no benefits

About this listing

Read on micro1's jobs portal on 24 September 2026. The band, the 40 openings and the requirements are micro1's text; the notes on data access and GA4 navigation are ours. It is one of a family of near-identical micro1 workflow listings (Google Classroom and HubSpot run on the same template), each tied to its own platform. No location restriction is stated.
