What you'll do

You act as the teacher an AI agent is learning to imitate. Following set instructions, you set up a class, post an assignment with materials and a due date, manage the roster, return graded work with feedback, and organise topics, all inside Google Classroom and all while recording your screen.

Each completed run is then turned into training data. You write a prompt a real teacher might give an assistant ("set up next week's reading assignment for period 3 and remind the students who missed the last one"), a rubric that says what a correct execution looks like, and a plain explanation of the Classroom features and clicks involved. You also check outputs against the project's quality rules.

People who have run a real class in Classroom have an edge here: they know where the friction is, like grading rubrics versus point values, scheduled posts, or the difference between a material and an assignment, and those are exactly the details an agent gets wrong.

Who fits

  • Hands-on Google Classroom use in teaching, tutoring, education or corporate training
  • Prior human-data work such as annotation, labelling, RLHF or AI evaluation
  • Current access to Google Classroom that you can use on your own. A school account you are not allowed to record may not qualify
  • Comfort recording and sharing your screen
  • Experience with assignment and class management, grading and feedback, or digital learning workflows
  • Google Workspace for Education or another LMS is a plus

What it pays

$30–100/hour, as published by micro1. Nothing in the ad explains placement within that range, the weekly hours, or whether pay is per workflow or per hour.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • A rare AI training listing where classroom teaching experience is the core qualification
  • Forty openings, newly posted
  • Task-shaped work that can fit around a school timetable

Less good:

  • Recording a real school account can breach district privacy rules if it shows student names; use a personal or sandbox class if you can
  • Prior human-data experience is listed as preferred, which may count against first-timers
  • Wide band with no published basis for where you start
  • No duration, hours or pay mechanism stated
  • Contractor engagement: no benefits
