How it works
RWS runs a TrainAI community sign-up. According to its recruiting FAQ, you choose the option that fits you (private individual, sole proprietor or freelancer, or company) and fill in a sign-up form; a recruiting team then follows up. Work arrives as project invitations matched to your language and skills. Typical roles ask for native-level fluency in a given language plus English, and you need your own computer, internet connection and a current browser.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Sign-up is open to individuals, freelancers and companies
- RWS is an established language and data services group, and its community page warns that genuine TrainAI emails come only from rws.com or moravia.com domains
Less good:
- Work is by invitation per project, so volume is irregular and joining does not guarantee tasks
- Third-party reviewers report that RWS does not publish its rates and describe mixed experiences with payment timing and support; these are worker and reviewer reports, not RWS statements
- Language-specific demand means some language pairs see far more work than others
Comparable language-service programmes: Lionbridge and Welocalize.
About this page
Facts come from the RWS TrainAI community page and the recruiting FAQ on community.rws.com, last checked 23 October 2026. Our fetch of the RWS pages returned little text, so details of the recruiting process were confirmed from the FAQ as summarised in search results. RWS pay, payment methods, payout schedule and eligible countries could not be verified, so those fields are empty.
