What you'll do

The Finnish listing asks for Finnish-influenced English, and only the real thing counts. Imitated or faked accents are not compensated and the submission is pulled from the project.

What it pays

The ad says $50 flat per submission. On the board the listing carries a $30/hr headline, which fills the hourly fields here. The two numbers describe different things: $50 is the one-recording payment in the ad text, $30/hr is the board's label.

Worth knowing

Good:

• A short job you can finish in one sitting
• The payment is stated as a single fixed amount
• No credentials needed

Less good:

• Only 3 to 5 Finnish-accent speakers will be accepted, a narrow field
• Unauthentic accents mean no pay
• The ad is silent on payment schedule, review outcome and any follow-up projects
