What you'll do

If English is your second language and Kannada shapes how you speak it, this short job is aimed at you. You read a supplied script following a step-by-step guide and send the recording through AfterQuery's designated platform. The ad puts it at roughly 15 minutes. Do not confuse it with the broader Indian/English bilingual listing, which covers several Indian languages with ongoing hours, code-switched speech and transcript review; this Kannada listing is only the single recording.

Who fits

• A natural, authentic Kannada-influenced English accent (no imitation)
• A phone or computer with a microphone
• Able to follow simple English written instructions independently
• All genders welcome

Preferred: earlier voice recording, narration or audio contribution experience. It is a plus rather than a condition.

What it pays

$50 flat for one submission. The board's $30/hr is its headline label; the ad itself pays per submission. Recordings with a faked or imitated accent go unpaid and are removed.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Quick, with the fee fixed in advance
• Voice experience helps but is not needed
• If you are Kannada-speaking and also fluent in English, there is a broader ongoing Indian-language listing from the same company that may suit you better for steady hours

Less good:

• Only 3 to 5 Kannada-accent speakers are accepted
