Who qualifies
Your accent has to be your own natural Tamil-influenced English. The ad says faked or imitated accents are not compensated and get removed. Beyond that: a smartphone or computer with a microphone, and the ability to follow simple written English instructions independently. Voice recording, narration or audio experience is a bonus. The ad welcomes all genders.
What it pays
