What you'll do

• Designing hard legal benchmarks and helping build legal skills and tools with the researchers
• Calibrating standards with researchers and adjacent specialists

For a partner, the most valuable contribution is likely the calibration strand: turning the judgment you apply when reviewing associates' work into criteria a model can be measured against.

Who fits

• JD from an accredited law school, highly ranked strongly preferred
