What you'll do

You check AI answers to the kind of work a paralegal does, not courtroom advocacy. The ad names legal terminology, procedural steps, document structure, issue spotting and citation handling. You write model deliverables such as templates, checklists, research summaries and drafting examples, fact-check the legal-adjacent content and rank competing responses on correctness and reasoning. Confidentiality and misplaced certainty are specific things to catch: an AI that sounds sure about a procedure it has wrong is the failure this work targets.

Who fits

• An associate's or bachelor's in paralegal studies, legal studies or similar; certification is a plus
• 4+ years as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm, in-house team or public sector
• Command of intake, fact gathering, drafting, version control and matter organisation
• Legal research experience, summarising cases, statutes and regulations accurately
• Litigation (pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motion support) and/or transactional (contracts, corporate filings) workflows, depending on your lane
• C1 English; AI training or document QA experience strongly preferred

The role is open in 17 countries across South and Southeast Asia, plus Brazil, Germany and the US.
