What you'll do

You grade the office-style output of AI models, not code. The artifacts are slides, spreadsheets and documents produced for a software engineering context: think architecture overviews, incident write-ups, capacity plans or roadmap decks. Your job is to decide whether an engineer at a serious company could actually use one.

For each artifact you:

• Judge its usability for a real software engineering audience
• Find the factual errors, and also the aesthetic and presentation ones: bad charts, broken layouts, misleading structure
• Write clear, structured feedback explaining what is wrong

Someone who has written plenty of design docs and board-level slides will find it more natural than someone who has only lived in an IDE.

Who fits

Must have, per the ad:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience at a top firm in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
• Native or professional English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word

A master's degree or higher is preferred, not required.

Note the wording: the experience has to be at a top firm in one of those five countries. The ad publishes no location requirement for where you live now.
