What you'll do

Consulting deliverables are the clearest test of whether AI can do office work: a deck either tells the story or it does not. Mercor needs former and current consultants to grade AI-produced slides, spreadsheets and documents the way an engagement manager would before a client meeting.

For each artifact you:

• Decide whether it is usable in a real consulting context
• Flag factual errors and the aesthetic and presentation ones: weak action titles, cluttered slides, charts that do not support the headline
• Write structured, clear feedback on what fails and why

If you have spent years on the receiving end of red-pen slide reviews, you already have the rubric in your head.

Who fits

Must have:

• 5+ years of professional management consulting experience at a top firm in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
• Native or professional English
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and in Google Workspace

Preferred: a master's degree or higher, so an MBA helps without being mandatory.

What it pays

$100–150 per hour, Mercor's published range, with weekly payment on Stripe or Wise. Placement within the band is not explained.

This was the most active of the four evaluator listings when we checked: Mercor showed 52 hires on it in the current month.
