Food Delivery AI Response Evaluator

micro1: pay and who it accepts · Posted

What you'll do

You read AI-generated replies from food delivery customer-service scenarios and decide whether they are good enough: order inquiries, delivery status updates and issue resolution exchanges. For each one you judge quality, relevance and accuracy, spot wording that is wrong, ambiguous or inappropriate, and write a concise suggestion for improving it.

You also write illustrative example conversations that sound like real food delivery customer interactions, and you work with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and tune the evaluation process. The ad frames the project as improving AI-driven customer interactions in the sector for an unnamed client.

Who qualifies

The ad lists everything as preferred rather than required:

  • Experience in food delivery, hospitality, customer service or a related sector
  • Clear written and verbal communication with close attention to detail
  • Experience evaluating communications or giving feedback in service settings
  • Comfort working independently within project guidelines
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms, apps or AI tools
  • Ability to explain improvements clearly, and flexibility as priorities shift

No prior AI experience is needed. The skills list also names collaboration and adaptability.

What it pays

micro1 publishes $10–30/hour. The floor is low and the top is three times it, and the ad gives no basis for placement, so treat $10 as the planning figure until an offer says otherwise. Pay structure (hourly versus per task) is not stated.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • Customer-service and hospitality experience counts directly; you do not need a technical background
  • Location is simply Remote, with no country list in the ad
  • Includes writing example conversations, a bit more varied than pure grading
  • New listing, 10 openings

Less good:

  • A very wide band beginning at $10 with no published criteria
  • Only 10 openings
  • No hours, project length or start date stated
  • The client is not named
  • Contractor engagement: no benefits, your own tax to manage

About this listing

Posted by micro1 on its own jobs portal on 25 October 2026 and read the next day. The band, the openings and the qualifications are micro1's own words. It sits beside micro1's Food Delivery App User Tester: that role draws on your own app account and is limited to the United States, whereas this one asks you to judge AI service replies and does not list a country.
