AI Quality Analyst (Personalization): Hindi

What you'll do

Hindi is the focus language, so your starting prompts, and your judgement of the model's replies, are in Hindi. You design short multi-turn conversations around your real life, check that Gemini's personal references are grounded in evidence rather than guesses, and that the personalization feels natural instead of forced. Each task ends with a side-by-side ranking and a defensible written rationale pointing to specific turns. You clean up by deleting test chats.

Who fits

• High-level reading and writing in Hindi
• Willing to enable personal data sources on your main personal Google account
• Creative prompting plus careful, structured analysis
• Available across your local working day; the team is a 24-hour operation
• Relevant degree or equivalent (policy, law, ethics, linguistics, journalism, computer science); AI quality or annotation experience is strongly preferred

What it pays

$15 per hour as stated in the ad, for a 3-month contractor engagement. That is the same figure as the other language versions.

Worth knowing

Good:

• A published hourly figure
• At least 4 hours a day, up to 40 hours a week
• Hindi is a large language community, so it is a straightforward way into LLM evaluation work

Less good:

• Real personal data is involved, which is a privacy trade-off
• Needs 4 hours of overlap with PST, which means a late shift from India
