Business and Consulting Expert (AI Training Waitlist)

What you'll do

Sovrano AI is building a pool of consultants, strategists and operators for business AI training projects, and applying adds you to it. There is no project behind this ad. After you apply you take a short AI interview about your field (about 20 minutes, per the ad), and Sovrano gets in touch only if a project comes up that fits your profile. It says outright that it will not contact everyone on the list.

When a project does come, the work is checking business reasoning that a model produced. A model can draft a market-entry framework or a pricing recommendation in seconds; your job is spotting the assumption that would sink it, the number that does not add up, or the advice a client could never act on. Depending on the project you might:

• Write realistic business cases and client scenarios, with the deliverable an experienced consultant or operator would hand over
• Review other experts' cases against an acceptance checklist
• Grade AI answers on strategy, operations and financial reasoning

Scope, hours and rate arrive in writing before you start, and you can turn the offer down.

Who fits

The ad's bar is professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations or general management. It names no degree and no minimum number of years. Beyond that it asks for fluent written English, a reliable connection and a quiet place to work, willingness to sit the AI interview, and willingness to work without AI tools on projects that forbid them.

The skills Sovrano tags are the everyday material of a strategy or operations job: market and financial analysis, pricing, go-to-market, case analysis and stakeholder communication. If you have spent years telling clients why a plan would not survive their own numbers, that is the judgment this pool is built around.

The role is remote and open to people in North America, Europe and Turkey; the ad names regions, with no country list.

What it pays

Up to $150 an hour. That figure is a ceiling: Sovrano sets the rate per project and sends it with the offer, so you will not know your actual rate until a project reaches you. Pay is for approved work, after reviewers check it. Payment terms (method, schedule, contractor status) are not published on the listing.

Worth knowing

Good:

• Only approved work is paid, so a rejected submission earns nothing
• No weekly hours are published

How to get hired

• The screening step is the AI interview of about 20 minutes that the ad describes. Our company page adds that Sovrano's assessment covers domain knowledge and evaluation ability, so expect questions on how you would judge an answer as well as on what you know.
• Put first on your profile the engagements or operating roles where you made or tested a recommendation: the industry, the decision, and the number it turned on.
• Before the interview, ask a chatbot for a market-entry plan in a market you know, then write down the two assumptions you would challenge and why. That is close to the grading work.
