Device physicists and process engineers write explanations, technical assessments and structured feedback on semiconductor physics, microfabrication, scaling and reliability for AI training. A Master's or PhD is preferred. Twenty-five openings, paid per accepted task, $66–130/hour band.

Solve advanced computational fluid dynamics problems (meshing, turbulence modelling, multiphase flow, heat transfer, solver setup), then judge whether AI-generated answers are engineering-sound and write up what is wrong when they are not.
