What you'll do
You are the CRM operator an AI agent learns from. Given a workflow brief, you work through it in HubSpot while recording your screen: create and update contacts and companies, move deals through a pipeline, assign follow-up tasks, set up a simple workflow automation, or pull a report. The recording shows the model the real sequence of clicks, properties and filters a practitioner uses.
Then you turn the run into data. You write a realistic request that would trigger it (the kind of thing a sales manager types into an assistant), a detailed rubric for grading whether an agent completed it correctly, and a walkthrough of the HubSpot tools and actions involved. You also review task outputs against the project guidelines.
HubSpot's object model is where agents stumble: associations between contacts, companies and deals, lifecycle stages versus deal stages, and which properties a workflow can actually act on. Knowing those distinctions cold is what makes a rubric useful.
Who fits
- Hands-on HubSpot CRM use in a professional role
- Prior human-data work: annotation, labelling, RLHF, AI response or model evaluation
- Current HubSpot access you can use on your own. A free CRM account may cover basic tasks; the ad does not say whether paid Sales or Operations Hub features are needed
- Comfort recording your screen
- Sales operations, CRM management, lead management, pipeline or workflow-automation experience
- HubSpot reporting, segmentation and data management are a plus
What it pays
$28–92/hour, micro1's published band, slightly below the $30–100 on its Google Analytics and Google Classroom siblings from the same template. Placement within the band, hours and whether pay is per workflow are not stated.
Worth knowing
Good:
- Forty openings, posted the day before we read it
- RevOps and sales-ops practitioners get credit for hands-on tool skill, not just title
- Clear, concrete tasks
Less good:
- Recording a client's or employer's live CRM exposes customer data; use an account you control
- Workflow automation sits behind paid HubSpot tiers, which you may not have
- Wide band, no basis for placement published
- No hours, duration or pay mechanism stated
- Contractor engagement: no benefits
