What you'll do

Turing needs Dutch speakers for a one-month sprint evaluating Gemini's personalization. You build multi-turn prompts (typically one to five turns) from your own experiences, so the model has to draw on your Gemini history, Gmail, Search and YouTube activity, and then you grade what comes back.

The grading covers grounding (no unsupported claims about you), integration (personal details used naturally rather than recited), and overall helpfulness. Much of the output is a side-by-side ranking of two responses with a written rationale that points to specific turns. You also extract "Debug Info" to check that chat summaries and data sources were really used, and you delete the test chats afterwards.

Who fits

  • High-level reading and writing in Dutch, the project's focus language
  • Willing to enable personal data sources on your main Google account (not a test account)
  • Comfortable judging ambiguous answers and spotting overnarrating or forced connections
  • Strong written rationales
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience; annotation, AI quality or content moderation background is strongly preferred
  • Desktop or laptop with a good connection

What it pays

$20/hour, as stated in the ad. That is $5 above the Portuguese, German, Vietnamese, Thai and Turkish versions, which are three-month engagements at $15. The Dutch role is the short, higher-paid option.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • The higher rate of the language family
  • Only one month, so a limited commitment
  • Flexible hours: at least 4 a day, up to 40 a week

Less good:

  • One month is short; the ad does not mention extensions
  • Your personal emails and activity become test material
  • Full-time availability in your local time zone is asked for, with 4 hours of overlap with PST
  • Contractor status, no benefits

How hiring works

Profile review, a Job Interest Form, then an assessment to complete within 24 hours, then a pre-onboarding discussion for those shortlisted.
