Language Review & Audio Tasks: Italian, Russian & Vietnamese

What you'll do

You check language-based tasks against a set of project guidelines, and some of the work asks you to speak as well: you record spoken responses on your own phone or tablet. The listing covers three languages (Italian, Russian and Vietnamese) and one pool of work, so the task type is the same whichever you pick. Accuracy matters more than speed, because the point is catching small wording and fluency problems that a model, or a non-native reviewer, would miss. The work is remote and contract-based.

Who fits

  • Fluent in Italian, Russian or Vietnamese; you choose one language option when you request to join
  • An Apple device (iPhone or iPad) or an Android phone or tablet that you own and can reliably use for the project; Italian and Russian are open on both types, and so is Vietnamese
  • Careful attention to language detail and comfort following written guidelines
  • Willingness to record your voice, so a quiet spot helps

The listing names no degree, no years of experience and no country of residence. Fluency is tested rather than assumed: a language fluency assessment comes before paid tasks, and the listing says passing it does not guarantee selection.

What it pays

The listing states a single fee of $17.00 an hour for the Trainer service, and adds that fees vary with service and complexity. It does not say how many hours of work to expect or whether tasks are paid by the hour worked. The payment schedule and any visa exclusions are not published on this listing, so check them in the contract terms before you commit.

Worth knowing

Good:

  • Three languages in one listing, including Vietnamese, which few AI training boards cover
  • No stated degree or experience bar
  • Fixed hourly figure shown up front
  • The assessment result may be reused to consider you for similar projects later

Less good:

  • The device requirement is strict: you must confirm access to the right device before any paid step, and you may only express interest once
  • A fluency assessment stands between you and paid tasks, with no guarantee of selection
  • The listing gives no volume, hours or project length, so steady income is not promised
  • $17 an hour is toward the low end for work that depends on native-level skill

About this listing

Posted on the Meridial marketplace about a day before we read it in early November 2026. The rate, languages and device rules are Invisible's own text; the notes on what to weigh are ours. See Invisible Technologies.

How to get hired

  • Screening: our company page and screening guide describe the Meridial flow; this listing adds a language fluency assessment for the option you pick.
  • Pick the language where your fluency is easiest to show, and the device you are sure you can use; you only get to express interest once.
  • Before the assessment, read a page of recent news in your language aloud and listen back for slips in grammar, word choice and clarity.
  • Test the phone's microphone in a quiet room so recording tasks do not trip you up later.
