Dart Team Lead

What you'll do

You supervise review of AI-generated Dart code. That means checking snippets, Flutter code, debugging answers and tests for null-safety slips, async mistakes, type errors, invented APIs and code that does not run, and flagging insecure or non-production-ready advice. You also coach the trainers: spot-check their items, answer questions on syntax, packages and rubrics, post Discord updates, chase inactive contributors, run onboarding calls and write the Dart style guides and honeypot checks.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's in computer science, software engineering or IT, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Dart, Flutter, mobile or frontend development, code review, QA or technical mentoring
• Solid grasp of null safety, mixins, extensions, generics, futures, streams and isolates
• Flutter, state management, pub.dev, testing and CI/CD familiarity is preferred
• Leading remote reviewers is strongly preferred
