Python (ML-Focused) Team Lead

What you'll do

You are the reviewer of reviewers for machine learning work. Contributors submit AI-generated Python code, pipelines and explanations; you check them for data leakage, wrong metrics, non-reproducible code, invalid statistical assumptions and hallucinated APIs, and send precise feedback. You also run onboarding calls, write calibration tasks, maintain style guides and trackers, and follow up with inactive contributors.

Who fits

• A bachelor's, master's or PhD in computer science, machine learning, data science, statistics, mathematics or engineering
• 3+ years in Python development, ML, data science or ML engineering
• Strong grasp of train/test splits, cross-validation, bias and variance, regularization and metrics
• Preferred tooling: NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Hugging Face, Docker
• Remote team leadership is strongly preferred
