Python Team Lead

What you'll do

You review AI-generated Python for correct logic, runtime behaviour, security, performance and test coverage, and you review the trainers and QAs who grade it. You answer questions about syntax, exceptions, typing and packaging, and flag code that is non-executable, insecure or not production-ready. You also write Python style guides and FAQs, run onboarding calls, and re-engage contributors who go quiet.

Who fits

• A bachelor's or master's in computer science, software engineering, data science or IT, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in Python development, backend engineering, automation, scripting, QA or mentoring
• Strong fundamentals: generators, decorators, context managers, packaging and testing
• Familiarity with pytest, mypy, FastAPI, Flask, Django, asyncio, pandas, Docker and CI/CD is preferred
• Team leadership is strongly preferred
