React and Next.js Engineer

What you'll do

You review AI-written React and Next.js code and explanations for correctness, accessibility, security and performance, looking at things like rendering behaviour, state management, server-side rendering and static generation, routing, hydration, caching and bundle size. You write reference implementations with the reasoning laid out and rank competing AI answers by quality.

Who fits

• 4+ years building production React apps, with 2+ years of Next.js or a comparable SSR framework
• Expert modern React: hooks, state patterns, memoization, testing
• Next.js fundamentals (13/14+ preferred): App Router, Server Components, route handlers, middleware
• Web basics: HTTP, XSS and CSRF, cookies, OAuth; performance work including Core Web Vitals
• Testing with Jest or Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress
• C1 English and code review experience
